I had an unsuccessful sale attempt of my property by another Real Estate Agent who had as usual made big promises and took marketing charges for the same with no results. I then approached Jim who as per his reputation sealed the sale for me within a month. It was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Jim is such a gentleman too.

Jim was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and transparent . I would recommend him and Stockdale and Leggo for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He showed us the Morwell area as we did not come from this region and he advised us on the most suitable area to buy.

Jim is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. When he assessed our properties, he was honest in his appraisal and was on the money when it came to the final sale price. Out of all the agents in the Latrobe Valley, he was the only one that was honest and communicated with us consistently. Jim had our best interests at heart and readily negotiated terms that suited our personal circumstances. I would have no hesitation ever in recommending the great service that Jim has to offer any vendor. Thanks for your great work Jim, greatly appreciated.

I met JIM while I was looking for an investment property in morwell. Being a building inspector I was sure what I want and how much to pay for it. I told JIM my expectations and he showed me a property which was not on the market at that time. A verbal offer got accepted on that day and it was mine in months. JIM is a GEM...
