Nathan is a fantastic real estate agent; he was extremely accommodating to our every need. We were selling one property and buying another property at the same time, which was highly stressful and exceedingly difficult to get everything to line up perfectly, there was a very real chance of us becoming homeless for a week or two, thankfully Nathan did everything within his power to make sure this didn’t happen, and I couldn’t be more thankful. When we approached Nathan we gave him one week to sell our property and have the contracts signed, we knew it was a stretch but we had already found our forever home and needed desperately for everything to work out, he said to us that he could do it but at this price and we need to do this and that to the property first, we accepted his expertise and followed his instructions to the letter and he was spot on with his advice, our property sold within an hour! And at a profit for us! Unfortunately, our buyer was difficult to deal with, but Nathan took the stress out of that and delt with every spanner that was thrown into the works and got the job done, 9am on a Sunday Nathan was at our property for the buyer inspection, which to me shows commitment! Nathan was easy to talk to, we even had a few laughs at times, he made us feel at ease and comfortable at every step, Thank you Nathan
