Sam is the type of Agent that sellers and buyers are comfortable with. He is not there to push anything. Just facilitating so both parties. He has integrity and is good to both sides(no gazumping). I cannot fault Jess and the Stone team Gungahlin. Their communication is amazing, in that there is no confusion. You are kept updated at every step and they are always happy and positive. When we settled on the final price, the purchaser was full of happy emotions and this then reflected on Jess who also allowed herself to be emotional. This is one of the traits i loved about Jess. At that moment, I could tell she loves what she does and not only does she take care of the vendor, she also takes care of the purchaser. That is rare for a realastate agent! Highly recommend.

I originally purchased the property from Sam two years ago and was impressed with his professionalism and dedication. When it came time to sell due to a change in circumstances I went immediately to Sam to sell the property. As both purchaser and then seller, I was living outside of the ACT which added an extra level of tasks for Sam to deal with which he did without hesitation and with great professionalism.
