He was hardworking, direct, and did as he said he would. His communication was frequent, and his morals were beyond reproach. He had an honest strategy that helped us achieve a result that I am happy with in an appropriate timeframe. Perhaps what was most important to me, however, was that he kept my tenant happy. By keeping the tenant on our side throughout the campaign, it allowed us to get access more frequently, maximising our chances to meet the right buyers. Whilst we did not achieve the price I was hoping for, Sam answered my questions honestly, gave me sound advice, and exhausted all avenues.
