Jess Smith is the one to watch in the Canberra real estate market. She has formed an incredible team who are all experts in their respective fields. Jess, JD, Sam and Shaye were all outstanding and so easy to communicate with. They made the typically stressful process of selling our home a complete dream. Right from the initial meeting the process was laid out and explained in detail with what would occur and when. The team were always 5 minutes earlier than expected and never took more than a few hours to respond to our calls or emails. We always felt valued and considered in each step of the journey. We felt confident in their knowledge and expertise and it truly felt like they had our best interests at heart. Unfortunately, we did not receive any calls or emails to be followed up with how the inspection or interest would be. Compared to other agents, both LJ Hooker an Home by Molly called us and asked how we felt like and gave us price guides after inspections. They introduced to us similar properties based on our budgets. They kept updating new inspection times, auction times etc for us while we were looking for properties. They have been very helpful and thoughtful even though we did not bid successfully. They still called us and suggested similar properties after we failed auctions. We only got a chance to talk to Jess after we bid successfully. As I said, no one liaised with us before auction. Sorry that I could not give too many comments about Jess based on our limit conversation. However, I can offer some feedback on Jess after auction. She has been really helpful and giving us prompt reply. We accidentally interrupted her lunch break and asked if we could get some equipment measurements in kitchen area before settlement. She stopped her meal and organised available co-worker for us straight away. I like her personality and receive an exceptional customer service from her.

Jess, as well as the rest of the team at Stone, made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the selling process. Anytime we had questions, they were quick to get back to us, or quick to help ease any of our nerves. Selling our home from interstate could have been an obstacle, but Jess kept us updated on every open home, every enquiry, and ensured we were ready for Auction. When it got to Auction, Jess and the team exceeded all our expectations. JD did all the negotiations, and Jess S probably had the hardest job.... Keeping us calm on the phone! We are so grateful for their advice, their insights, their friendly demeanor, the way they explained everything to us so we would understand, and especially the extra calls to calm our fears with market worry! We͏ bought the house through Jess, Some of the highlights of our dealing with Jess were: 1) She was always available on phone (even after hours). 2) She and her staff were able to answer our questions in a prompt and professional way. 3) After-sale support was excellent. After we bought the house we decided to sell our old house and engaged Jess and her team. And this time we found: 1) Their marketing and online campaign were flowless. (There were no errors in text or pictures) 2) After each open house they would email us a detailed report of how many people inspected the property and how many were interested. (The report was simple and full of useful information) 3) As before, the team was always available to answer phone calls. 4) Jess and her team went beyond and above the get the highest price they could achieve at the Auction. (We didn't get the price we wanted but the sold price was close enough, perhaps we were a little unrealistic, but the team did everything).
