It can be hard to pick a good agent based upon proposals and preliminary conversations. It's really only after you have made a decision and signed up that you find out if it was a good call, or not. We are really happy with Jesse and the team. Transparent, great communications, and great advice and insights as the process unfolded. We ended up selling before auction, thanks to their efforts.
