Leasing tennant
unfortunately after 10 days we still can't lock one of the main entry doors. We also have several requests to be rectified which we believe should have been resolved prior to moving in.

Great experience
We had rented out a townhouse with Stone Real Estate. Penny has done a great job in preparing the lease documents and condition report. Everything was explained to us properly. Penny also helped us in sorting out our NBN.All in all a great experience

Stone staff provided excellent service and communication during the whole process of leasing including advertising , negotiating with the potential tenants and giving professional advice to the landlord. My lease property could be leased out within the first week of open home.

Great results despite a difficult rental environment

Agency Efficiency Rating
We recently lost our tennant because of rent problems due to Covid19. Tennant had salary reduced and could not pay rent and did not want to negotiate any agreement change. Stone advertised and secured a new tennant reasonably quickly under the present conditions. Job well done. John Wedlock
