Sarah Hastings was very punctual when we booked a private viewing of a rental property, she was friendly and polite and allowed us time to look around and get a feel for the place ourselves before asking if there were any questions or anything we needed. She was quick with handing our application over despite the long weekend being the next day which we appreciated. Penny was very quick in processing our application and rang us with any issues, she answered all our questions quickly and has been on hand and available via email during the moving in process. The team has been very friendly and communicate well which is often hard to find in a realestate agency when being dealt with as the renter rather then being the owner.
