James was a great agent to work with. He was level headed and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. Professional the whole way through and most importantly a great communicator. After a difficult experience with another agent we were hesitant to list our property again, however, James was so helpful and put us at ease - we were worried our property had gone stale but he managed to sell it within 4 weeks which was impressive. He was confident but not arrogant, kept in regular contact with us and potential buyers throughout the whole process, diligent at following up on all requests and enquiries and was happy to put in the longer hours when we had open homes that ran over time.
