James and the team were great with their communication and proactive throughout the sales process.
Throughout the sales process we had weekly meetings with James and he would keep up up to date with levels of interest in the property and any developments. The team was very proactive maintaining 2 open houses a week for the duration of the sale. I felt well advised and supported throughout the sale and did not feel pressured in any way to make decisions we were not comfortable with. James was always easy to get hold of and easy to have discussions about strategies with any time of the day or night. All in all a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend James and his team.

A Professional Team Leader
Kevin Dearlove provided friendly and forthright advice that gave us confidence that he and his team understood the Cheltenham/Beecroft and surrounding suburbs', real estate market and he produced details of successful sales of comparable properties with photos and sales and the price range achieved. Kevin was confidents he could sell our home using the right real estate marketing and advertising and the Auction process was the best solution. We had high interests in the opening weeks of the open houses on Wednesdays and Saturdays. During the open houses program Kevin held meetings with us at his office and explained the results of advertising and online media inquiries and details of responses received in the form of graphs and additional response statists and how to interpret this information. Two buyers provided bids for our home and we accepted the higher of these without having to go to auction. We were very pleased with the result and can definitely recommend Kevin Dearlove and his team for all those who wish to sell their home in the Cheltenham and surrounding suburbs.
