Shout Out to Jeff Luo and His Team
Jeff Luo and his team, Vivian Wang have been excellent is guiding me in getting this property in Eastwood. I spoke to Jeff about 6 months ago regarding my intention to purchase a property in Eastwood. He remembered me and have work extremely hard in ensuring that I get the property I wanted. So professional, knowledgeable & sincere.
We were so impressed with James from our first meeting, he came so prepared & his professionalism was clear to see but he still manages a very friendly manner. He has a wealth of local knowledge & his strategy & advice was always spot on. He also made us feel very comfortable & confident with decisions made & the final outcome was exactly what we wanted. Professional and empathetic
At a first meeting, Kevin and Anne impressed me; Kevin with his knowledge and extensive experience of selling houses, and his empathy with my circumstances. Anne also was empathetic, and helpful with information on presenting my house. I chose that team. When things didn't go as planned, Kevin was ready with words of encouragement and willingness to work harder, and in fact their work resulted in a very respectable sale several days later.
