Experienced professional with good insight and judgement regarding changing market conditions.
This is the second property Kevin and his team have sold for us. This property is different (from previous) and market conditions have shifted significantly in the interim. Kevin communicated very clearly throughout the sales & marketing process explaining his reasoning and expectations of a changing environment. Auction day required his skill to respond appropriately in order to maximise the outcome. We were very impressed by his sound and decisive judgement. Thanks Kevin.

First rate sales team
Kevin, Anne, and the rest of the team at Stone Real Estate were amazing throughout the entire sales process. Anne did a fantastic job of managing the pre-sales renovation process, while Kevin outlined clearly their sales strategy, and executed it perfectly in both the lead-up to the auction and on auction day itself. Extremely helpful and friendly
