Kevin has good market knowledge based in sound experience. The current property market is volatile and nothing is predictable. Kevin revised his opinion of the way forward for our property (vacant land) over time when various events occurred. He was conservative in his estimates however he and his capable team worked very hard to exceed them - which they achieved. Very good communication with weekly progress reports interspersed with quick updates following scheduled property inspections. He also asked questions regarding details potential buyers had to ensure buyers had accurate information.
