Quality Operator

James was easy to deal with, direct and clear. Obviously he was acting for the vendor as all agents are but there was no nonsense, his comms were responsive and easy to work with and I'm confident he was working for a mutually beneficial result. Even when he was busy he was quick to action and/or connect with one of his team to get what I asked for.

Great operator

Chloe is clearly a hard worker, getting back to me and progressing things even when things were probably hectic for her: getting the exchange all stitched up from the maternity ward for eg! :)
