Century 21 Castle Hill. You won't find a better real estate agency in the Hills district. Selling for the first time, we were concerned about our home being able to sell in the desired time frame we had planned and limiting our exposure to costs on the next purchase. Jane gave a comprehensive market appraisal showing us all the recent sales which gave us some certainty in regards to the price we could expect. Jane went further to demonstrate through her sale techniques and individual marketing plans that we could achieve more than other sales in our area that were arguably superior properties. Her enthusiasm was infectious and we went into the process with great hopes. After 2 weeks of marketing and phenomenal buyer viewings and exposure, Jane and Catherine negotiated a sale well beyond our wildest dreams. If there were 6 stars for overall satisfaction, i would of given them to Jane and her team. They provided us a no-nonsense approach filed with enthusiasm and effort as if the sale was their own.
