With the market and industry experience Shane has, I had so much faith in his knowledge regarding selling my home. My house went live and then 10 days later it was done. Once buyers had viewed my home (15 in total), Shane and his team negotiated over a space of a few days and increased the offers steadily but with careful consideration. I was always guided and offered points of interest. With this in mind, I accepted the offer that was right for me. The entire way through the whole process Shane was able to offer great advice and a thorough understanding of the whole process. Upon Shane’s first visit to our house he shared with us his thoughts on what we could do to get the best results possible and he was right, we followed his instructions to the letter and he sold our house in 4 days and for a price we were very happy with.
