I cant explain how great Shane is, he went well beyond his job to help us with the settlement. Some issues came to a head however with Shane's help they were resolved within a very short time frame and as little hassle as possible. As first home buyers we had so many questions, but no question was ever too much for Shane and we will be always be very grateful.
