We purchased our property through Shane. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area. Communication was excellent and we felt he was always available to answer any questions and help the purchase go through smoothly.

The Finesse team of Shane, Sally and Kingsley sold our home for us while we travelled around America, and kept us in the picture at all times. They are so professional to deal with, they know the market and got us the best price, which was higher than we had thought possible. All the best in the future. Jim and Gabby Hudson

After doing the research on the best real estate agents in our area, we entrusted Shane and his team to sell our property after meeting Shane. He is the epitome of a true gentleman, well presented, well spoken however, is fiercely passionate about producing the best results for his customers. Needless to say, our home was sold in 48 hours from listing at the price we could not be happier with. Shane and his team were brilliant with 10/10 for communication and support. I will recommend Finesse to all our friends and family without any hesitation. Our sincerest thanks to you all. The Grimes family.

We were extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase our property through Finesse - a fantastic real estate agency! Shane, supported by Sally Ann in the office, was excellent at every stage of the process - from the signing of the contract through to Settlement Day. As a result of his thorough knowledge of the industry, all matters were clearly explained at each stage of the process. All questions and communications were attended to promptly and honestly. Shane was always contactable and very generous with his time. Everything was so well organised and as a result, the purchase of our property was a wonderful, stress free experience.

We were so pleased with Finesse's initial efforts with Shane putting together an incredible marketing plan. Despite the "quiet" marketing period Shane did a fantastic job giving our property a very high profile which lead to a successful and happy sale which satisfied all parties. Again, well done Shane and your professional team. Anne and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Finesse to anyone considering marketing their property in the Upper Coomera area. Thanks, Terry and Anne

Shane and Sally both worked as a fabulous team to sell our home as quick as possible whilst still getting the best value for our home. Both Shane and Sally were very professional in all their dealings and always communicated very well with you on a regular basis to make sure they were meeting all our needs and handling the job correctly. We were more than satisfied with the result of our sale with finesse and definitely recommend them to others.
