Shane and Sally Ann are a formidable team, we visited over 23 open homes and met with various agents, Shane and Sally Ann had a warm welcome and walked us through the property and gave us some points of the property we would not have known just by wandering through ourselves. Once we decided this was the property we wanted the negotiations in sale price were easy, comfortable and fun! Shane walked us through the contract and explained any legislative things he felt we should be aware of. We needed to go onsite prior to settlement and Sally Ann and Shane organised this for us, which we appreciated immensely and settlement was smooth and easy, thankyou for the lovely gifts. We really felt this team knew their properties and had both the buyer and seller equally in mind when it comes to presenting the property and negotiating pricing. Both down to earth, easy to talk with and we loved that we were dealing with both Shane and Sally Ann from start to finish.
