I thoroughly recommend Shane, it was easy to build a good relationship with him and he always phoned me back when he said he would. He was the agent who sold the property to me and he was the one I wanted to sell the property for me when I decided to move. He is first class. 10/10!

Being in our 50's and having never sold a house before it was very daunting to begin with. We went with our gut feeling and enlisted Finesse to sell for us after showing Shane and Sally the property and speaking to them. One of the most important things to us was for the agent to be realistic, honest and positive in their outlook. We didn't want someone to give us an inflated price and be disappointed. Shane gave us a lower to higher scale and the house was sold within this range. All the staff were involved and worked hard for us to achieve a great result. Shane, Sally and Kingsley put in a wonderful effort working together with open houses, sharing potential buyers and keeping us informed along the way. Also a thank you to Kylie who is on top of everything to do with the running of the office. Would certainly recommend this wonderful company to anybody looking to buy or sell a property.
