Shane & his team are among the most friendliest & genuine people we have come across. We have travelled throughout most of Australia and have not yet come across anyone who is as professional, passionate and down-to-earth as the crew at Finesse. They truly go above and beyond and make you feel that you are an important person, not just another sale. Recently purchased first home through Finesse Real Estate and Shane Evans. Very happy with the whole process, from the very first open home to the final handover of keys. After looking at plenty of open homes over previous weeks and months, it was great to walk in and not get ambushed by the agent, wanting lots of info from us. Shane left us to look around in peace and at our own time. Then throughout whole sale process there was no pressure or needy phone calls, Shane was patient where needed and answered all our questions well and without any unnecessary or pushy information, even when negotiating price at 7pm on a Sat night. Overall pleasure to deal with and highly recommend for any looking to buy first home or any home! Lastly he left us with a very nice house warming gift, which was more than expected!! Ill leave potential buyers to find out their own unique gift from Shane when it comes time, but im sure he wont dissapoint!!
