Recently purchased first home through Finesse Real Estate and Shane Evans. Very happy with the whole process, from the very first open home to the final handover of keys. After looking at plenty of open homes over previous weeks and months, it was great to walk in and not get ambushed by the agent, wanting lots of info from us. Shane left us to look around in peace and at our own time. Then throughout whole sale process there was no pressure or needy phone calls, Shane was patient where needed and answered all our questions well and without any unnecessary or pushy information, even when negotiating price at 7pm on a Sat night.
