We listed our property with Finesse after meeting Shane at a family wedding. Even in such a setting, Shane's passion for the real estate market showed. We were not disappointed, our property sold without delay and for a higher sum than we were hoping for. We were kept well informed on proceedings by both Kylie and Shane, and they went out of their way to ensure our best interests were taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Finesse. The business is run with excellence as a standard, not the exception.

Shane was absolutely magic. Our home was only on the market for 2 days and then it sold. Shane helped us get more than we were hoping for which was amazing. Shane was very professional and is brilliant at what he does. He has a very caring personality and does his utmost to please his client. I would recommend him to anyone who was wanting to buy or sell.

One of the first things that struck us about Shane was his warm and friendly manner. Shane was the epitome of good old-fashioned customer service that is rarely seen in today's world of sales. Shane was an absolute gentleman in our transactions with him and was very accommodating. His communication was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. His "can do" attitude certainly made our dealings with him very easy and stress-free. We would not hesitate to use Shane next time we are looking to buy or sell

I would highly recommend Shane and his staff at Finesse Property. He is extremely professional and thorough. He listens and understands what you are looking for. An excellent communicator and true to his word. We had complete faith in Shane and he sold our property from the first open home. We had several strong offers and were extremely happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to list a property with him in future.

From the moment we met Shane, we knew he was honest and had a great personable style. When we inspected the property he was aware we had kids coming with us and had snacks out for them so we could inspect it properly and made all of us feel welcome. He had good knowledge on the area and the background of the house which made us feel at ease moving into a new area. He was open and honest all the way through and kept us up to date on the progress. Throughout the long settlement Shane kept in contact with us and anything that needed follow up with timelines, we would get a friendly reminder. Shane and his team were great to deal with through the whole process and made us feel comfortable from day 1. I really good experience with him and the team at Finesse and nothing was ever an issue.

Shane sold us our house originally, and then sold our daughter's house, and we were impressed enough by him to ask him to take the listing on when we decided to sell nearly ten years later. He and his team did a superb job, the house sold very quickly very close to the price we requested, communication from them all was great and we have been very happy with the whole experience.

Thank you to Shane, Kingsley and Kylie for such professional and friendly service we received during our sale, we will be certain to recommend you to friends and family. Their local market knowledge is outstanding, and we were kept informed of progress at all times. This is the second time we have had dealings with Shane, his after sales service is also fantastic.
