From the moment we met Shane, we knew he was honest and had a great personable style. When we inspected the property he was aware we had kids coming with us and had snacks out for them so we could inspect it properly and made all of us feel welcome. He had good knowledge on the area and the background of the house which made us feel at ease moving into a new area. He was open and honest all the way through and kept us up to date on the progress. Throughout the long settlement Shane kept in contact with us and anything that needed follow up with timelines, we would get a friendly reminder. Shane and his team were great to deal with through the whole process and made us feel comfortable from day 1. I really good experience with him and the team at Finesse and nothing was ever an issue.
