Shane had the property sold within hours of it going on the market. Excellent service and follow-up. Will definitely contact him when I want to purchase or sell a property again.

Thank you Finesse for your great customer service, and for making every step of the purchase of our property so simple. Finesse went 'above and beyond' even allowing us to use their professional photos to advertise for tenants after our sale had gone unconditional. Thanks to all the Finesse team.

We were looking for an agent to sell our home in Ormeau, for which we had a specific result we were looking for, both in price and timeframe. An agent, who's opinion we valued, recommended Shane Evans to us. Shane achieved an awesome result for us, meeting both our required sale price, but also achieving the result well inside the timeframe we set. More important to us was the way in which Shane worked with us. The communication frequency and content were spot on, ensuring that we were always aware of where things were at and providing us peace of mind that Shane always had things under control and had our best interests at heart. We had a "hiccup" occur just prior to settlement, that caused us a degree of short term angst. It was at this time that Shane's pride in his business and professionalism shone through, with him taking personal ownership of our problem and working it through to a conclusion. Shane is a true professional and we have pleasure in recommending him to potential clients. Geoff and Cherie

Overall very pleased - there have been a few surprises, such as the fact that whilst the wall mounted TV was included, after getting a technician out it became evident that the TV was worthless as it was analogue and only worked during inspection because the owners had Foxtel - further that despite the fact there were a number of telephone and data points, only after having a technician come out were we made aware that these were not live. Finally, that whilst the pool filter currently appeared to be operating, when we engaged a specialist pool technician we were advised the filter required replacing. Whilst these things would not have stopped us purchasing, they were not disclosed and not uncovered through a general B&P - so it would have impacted significantly on our offer.

Shane Evans from Finesse Property is hands down the best Real Estate Agent on the Coast! With his market knowledge and passion to get the job done, Shane was able to secure us 4 written offers in 1 day, with the property ultimately selling for $20,000 above our list price. We have bought and sold 4 properties now, having dealt with 4 different agents. We will never list with anyone else in the future. Shane is honest, driven, hard-working, dedicated and an all round good guy. We were incredibly impressed with his communication and willingness to keep us informed throughout the entire process. He gave great advice regarding property presentation and proved through our successful sale that he knows what he is talking about. Thanks again Shane for all you and your staff did for us. Your expertise is second to none and we have shouted this far and wide to all who will listen.

Shane and his team at Finesse worked tirelessly to market and sell our property. It was great to see the first offer come in after 1 open home and 10 days of being on the market. His marketing package deal was the best offer, beating all other major Real Estate agencies. Shane was extremely professional in all his dealings with us and potential buyers. I would highly recommend Shane and his team to anyone thinking of selling, and will be potentially using him again if/when we a ready to sell.

We were the buyers in this transaction, and we found Shane to be extremely helpful. He bent over backwards to make sure that the deal went through. We had some initial reservations about the house, but he quickly dealt with them and always kept us in touch with how things were going. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
