Fantastic is insufficient to describe Lora's performance as an agent. Lora guided us through the whole process of selling our home and delivered everything she promised plus more. She was outstandingly fantastic!!! Lora would probably have describe me as a sceptical vendor who really didn't have much faith in real estate agents. Lora's knowledge, experience and professional advice throughout the selling process won me over and without doubt the result she achieved was far better than I ever anticipated. My advice to anyone who is thinking of using Lora as their agent - is stop thinking about it and just do it - just follow her advice and you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I wanted an agent who we could trust, and would do her best to achieve an attainable sale price for our home. Lora delivered above our expectations but she did so in a very professional manner. She was there to assist us, when we attempted to buy at auction from a different agent. She did this in her own time because she could, and because she wanted to help. Lora didn't have too, and it's not something she can always do, but the fact that she offered was above and beyond in our books. We didn't have an easy home to sell, even though it was beautiful, and Lora was very clear as to who this house would suit. She found the right family, and sold our house in under two weeks! Her market knowledge is excellent and her assistant Kath helped us get the house looking great. Along with other professionals she engaged to show our house in the best possible way, I'd say you would be hard pressed to do better than 2233 if you want to sell or buy. We first met Lora when she sold us our first house in Engadine 12 years ago. Coincidently we recently bought our new house through Lora in Woronora Heights (or maybe not coincidently as Lora is very thorough at following up contacts in her database!). After we bought the new house it was time to put our first house on the market and, although we talked to other real estate agents about selling our house, Lora’s experience, no-nonsense and honest approach and extensive knowledge of the area made us sure we were making the right call in appointing her as our agent. I have to say we without a doubt made the right choice. Not only did our house sell within a week of being on the market, but it sold for a price that far exceeded our expectations. As far as real estate agents go, I am not looking for the one who makes me feel warm and fuzzy. I am looking for a realist, someone with solid market knowledge, and great communication. I was an interstate seller, selling on behalf of my father.
