Got us what we wanted
Very happy with Paul; he got us what we wanted in terms of price (which is the most important thing!) and he and his team were always helpful and responsive throughout the sale process. Highly recommend.

Excellent end-to-end service and advice
We strongly recommend Paul and his team if you’re looking to buy or sell a property. Paul was professional and provided an exceptional level of communication and service, which started before we even signed him on as our agent and went on well after the property was sold. They were very patient throughout, answering all of our questions promptly (we had a lot given it was the first time we ever sold a property). They knew the surrounding suburbs and marketed our property well - it sold within a week of being on the market and we got a great price. Overall, we felt they went above and beyond as they even provided us with advice on a rural property we were interested in which was way out of the area they serviced.

Neil was awesome
This was our first property sale, so we had no experience of what to do or what to expect. After ‘interviewing’ several agents, Neil made us feel the most comfortable so we went with him, and he was wonderful. There was no ‘hard sell’ and no hassling us at any point. He listen to us and tailored everything to suit our situation and pace. He was helpful with ideas and advice whenever we asked, and had a great list of tradies to help us out at short notice too. Most importantly, he got us a much higher price in the end than we had expected. If we’re in the position to sell again, we will certainly go straight to Neil.

Neil was amazing to deal with. Nothing was ever too hard and he was always available to answer any of our questions. After having our first sale fall through right before Christmas, Neil worked over his break to ensure we got our house sold and it didn’t take long before we accepted an offer which was $40k more than the original offer! To say we were over the moon is an understatement. We would and will recommend Neil to everyone, couldn’t fault one thing from Neil or his team at stone. Thanks again!!!
