David was extremely knowledgeable right from the start, working with us and giving us hints and tips to get the best outcome for our sale. This was achieved after the first open home and we accepted the offer. We highly recommend David if you are looking to sell! Thank you David!!!

It is a pleasure dealing with David. He always kept us informed of what was happening in the sale process. We are lucky to have David for he was able to sell our property in a short period of time even during this uncertain stage in the real estate market. He is very reliable, professional and has the initiative to put pressure on himself in order to help out. He is highly recommended.

David achieved a great result for us in what turned out to be very challenging market conditions. He put together an exceptional marketing package, a smart pricing strategy and was continually thinking outside the square to get the outcome we were after. We were never in doubt that our needs were always his number one priority.

I chose David and Stone real estate after seeing their results in Warners Bay, and their professional and genuine nature. Dave and Lily did a fantastic job for us and kept me informed all of the way during the process. They took buyers through after hours, Sunday’s and even over Christmas, they make the perfect team! We achieved a great result and I highly recommend using Dave, Lily and Stone Real Estate if your looking at selling.

David from the start to finish was just easy to deal with and made the decision to sell my brand new home at the time so must less stressful than it was throughout to be, his people skills were enjoyable and second to none to have within a agent not just another annoying agent telling you what you want to here. David best of all knows the market which is what you need when either buying or selling And works with you in every aspect I would only use David in my future for selling my property’s What a legend :)
