Professional, efficient and caring
Courtney's professionalism, efficiency & caring nature resulted in the best experience we have ever had, buying & selling many properties over the years. We could highly recommend her abilities to anyone contemplating buying or selling. We also loved that we didn't deal with multiple employees. She did multiple tasks which resulted in no missed opportunities & went well beyond what we would have expected. Great job Courtney!

Passionate and great communication
From start to finish, we found Courtney to be very passionate about achieving the best result possible for our property. Despite an uncertain market, she continued to persevere with interested buyers, maintained constant communication with us and regularly went out of her way in her own time to allow unscheduled inspections. Her effort and motivation constantly reassured us that we would get a great result, and we did!

Excellent and caring agent
We sold our property with Jesse in late 2022 after first meeting Jesse a few years prior as buyers. When we decided to sell, I remembered how kind, professional and hardworking Jesse was and decided to contact him along with other agents we knew. Above and beyond
Courtney made purchasing our first house easy. We had been looking in the area for a while but had been unsuccessful, until we finally found her. She was a friendly, honest face who made the experience seamless and assisted us when we needed it. She was an amazing communicator throughout the entire process. Genuine and professional
Jesse recently sold a property for us, and was fantastic to deal with from end to end. He had an excellent knowledge of the local market, and accounted for the nuances of our particular property. Jesse gave us a range of excellent advice and helped us understand what we needed to do to ensure that the house was sold at the price we wanted. Nothing was ever an issue, and we really appreciated the effort that he put in to ensure that we were communicated with and understood each part of the process. I found that Jesse to be upfront and honest in his interactions with both ourselves and the buyers, and he definitely worked hard to the benefit of all parties. He was incredibly professional - if you're selling a house, I'd highly recommend you give him a call.
