Having tried unsuccessfully to sell my property with another agent, I was prepared to take the house off the market and try again later in the year. Steven persuaded me to give them a very limited time to sell the house. I did, and it sold within the first week! I'm only sorry I didn't give my property to Stone Real Estate in the first place - it was a real pleasure dealing with Steven and Mae, their professionalism exceeded all my expectations, and it was a very satisfactory outcome!

Steve (and his team) very kindly helped me sell a property which was a very difficult location, aspect and size. Full kudos for all his effort. I'd highly recommend him to anyone wanting a great agent to help with any sale, with good timely advice throughout the whole process!!

We were so happy with our decision to choose Steve to take care of the selling of our home. No-one else has the local knowledge, experience, track record and skills to sell a home in our area. The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, and we were kept in constant contact throughout the whole campaign. Thank you so much Steve.

My Wife and I are writing to express our gratitude for the recent sale of our family home. From the outset having met with 3 x other local agents we knew straight away that Steve's local knowledge having grown up in the neighbourhood along with intimate understanding of recent sales gave us piece of mind. Steve is diligent, honest and has integrity he is a very professional agent. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending any other home owners to talk with Steve and his team, he exceeded our expectations on both price and delivery.
