Mr Jason Savage, Is a down to earth, supportive, real estate professional who in my mind is the best we have ever dealt with. Jason took control of several nasty situations which the managing agent could not and would not handle and without fuss. Our experience started horrendously yet a week after this astute professional took control we had a contract well above listing price and amazingly no more stress. Anyone thinking of acquiring Mr Jason Savage's services should contact me directly for personal feedback. The help we received to liquidate our rentals was amazing and Jason went above for us the vendors while maintaining harmony with the tenants. This is the most important decision of your life so use a hardened self starter to ensure a positive result, thank you Jason. Aaron Wilson

We had a good, tidy house that we thought would be easy to sell. Unlike some of the other agents that appraised the house Jason wanted to maximise our return on the property, not simply have a quick sell. We found him to be very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the local area. He was happy to give us advice on minor refurbishments without over capitalising, even before we signed with him. He advised us to put it on the market at $10K more than any other agent and was confident that he could promote it to achieve close to the price. We took his advice to go with the ‘top’ advertising package which proved invaluable. After just a few days from listing, he received multiple inquires and had secured an offer above asking price before the first open home. Even after securing the sell contract he continued to promote and show others around the property, which again, proved to be invaluable to ourselves when the original purchasers wanted an extension to their finance we were able to swap to a back-up contract with a second purchaser that would settle much quicker, again for more than the asking price. To have pre-empted the problem and already have the back-up in place was more than I would have expected from any agent! Jason’s commission and advertising package was the most expensive of all of the agents that appraised the house, but the extra sale price he achieved more than covered all of the sale charges! We would be more than happy to recommend Jason to anyone in the property market.

The approach used to sell our property was fit for purpose at the time for the market condition. The approach resulted in multiple offers and a sale within a week. Very happy with outcome and this may not have been possible without Jason's dedication and effort.

We contacted Jason to have him list our rental property. We'd done a bit of homework and knew around the market value - after talking to him for a few minutes, it was apparent he'd done his homework too! We listed the property and within 5 hours we had our first offer. An hour later we had a signed contract for more than we were hoping for. Jason's communication was excellent and we'd have no hesitation recommending his services to anyone.

My wife and I had resided in our family home for approximately 38 years and were initially only contemplating whether to downsize into a smaller home. Jason Savage, met with my wife and I and explained the selling process in a manner which was easy to understand, however, ultimately left the decision whether to put the property on the market, to us. He understood the emotional attachment we had with our home. We engaged Jason's services and had no regrets. The property was only on the market a short time (less than three weeks) before it was sold and we were kept informed of what was happening the whole time. It was a pleasure dealing with Jason Savage "All Properties Group" and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Richard and Lyn Cranch

The service Jason and the agency provided was brilliant. From initially viewing the property, Jason worked with the busy schedule of my Husband and I. Jason was up front and reasonable about negotiations with the property, I highly value this as buying a house is exciting, but you don’t want to be left disappointed and in this case we knew where we stood from the beginning. When it came to the building and pest and pre-settlement inspections, Jason worked after hours to accommodate our availability. Overall, we are very happy with our new purchase and I think Jason and his agency assisted with making this purchase (being the first as well) organised and less stressful. Jayne and Jerreaux Tuari

Jason didn't only find me A buyer he found two. The first buyer we had lost due to another agent in Beenleigh due to her own greed. (I will not state names but their signs are white, with black and red logo that is supposed to resemble a house) This was a set back, but not to Jason he said calmly "don't worry we will find another buyer, three days later we were under contract. And 35 days later we had settled, and in another week we will be moving into our new place found by another of Jason's colleagues. I recommend All Properties Group loganholme to anyone looking for a "No bullcrap" approach from their agent. Thanks again Jas. Please feel free to have any future client contact me for a reference.
