Adam managed to answer all the questions I had regarding the property prior to its purchase.
I found Adam very obliging and easy to communicate with as a potential purchaser. He had one of his staff connect with me prior to the auction to make sure I had no further questions and asked me was I going to attend on the day. His team overall came across as being very efficient.

A Manly local who knows what’s what.....
We chose Adam, not only because he sold us our sea change house back in 2013 but because he lives around the corner and is a really nice guy. His knowledge of Manly and the “ideal fit” were key to the sale of our gorgeous semi. We didn’t just want to sell it to anybody but to someone who’d love it as much as we did. We are so excited to move a couple of streets to the beachfront to continue our “everyday feels like a holiday in Manly” .
