Ray was knowledgeable, creative and professional from the beginning to the end.
From Start to finish Ray shared his expertise and invested a lot of his time and effort to find the best price for the sale of my new home. He went above and beyond than any other real estate agent and was the face throughout the entire campaign as promised. I found Ray to be honest and a realist throughout the campaign and would definitely work with Ray again and recommend him to others.

Shaun was very helpful with every question I asked. He made the whole buying a property experience a lot easier as he was always available to answer questions and also available after business hours to open up the property for us. From the start he has always came off as a polite and friendly person where nothing was to hard. Couldn't of asked for a better Relestate agent to help us through the process of buying a property.

Fantastic Agent
I recently purchased my first home through Ray. From my very first interaction with Ray he went above and beyond my expectations. He made the whole process easy, stress free and enjoyable. I have dealt with a few agents in different areas and had never experienced such amazing communication, professionalism and all around friendliness. He was quick to reply to any emails or questions and was open and honest through-out the whole process. My brother and I worked with Shaun Ramani in the sale of our Villa in Sans Souci. Right away Shaun took time to sit down with my brother and I to determine what a good marketing campaign would look like.
