We could not be happier when the hammer fell and we could call the new house our home! Shaun was the vendor's agent who looked after the property. We think he got a good deal for the vendor in a difficult market while we secured our new future home. Having been at open houses for the past three months, I am glad I crossed Shaun's way. He showed us the property outside the typical opening hours as my partner worked on the weekends. He was helpful when we arranged for building and pest inspections.
