We were very disappointed with the agents professionalism and ethics. After getting everything she asked from us (contract signed, deposit, photo of our daughter, etc) the whole thing ended in a dutch action which the agent suggested. It felt like modern extortion and something the agent shouldn't feel proud as we felt the most miserable after what she did. I wouldn't recommend to anyone (buyer or seller). Terrible experience.

One of the worst experiences I have had as a buyer. Complete lack of accountability and transparency where the agent suggested a Dutch auction with an alleged buyer who 'appeared' at the last minute. Would not recommend any of my family or friends to buy or sell any property through this agent.

It’s crazy to think we spoke with Maria almost a year ago about selling our house. She never rushed us to sell, she was very honest and gave us the best advice and said that in this market, we should buy before we sell. She was so patient with us and took the time to meet with us a several times, not to mention the number of phone calls giving us tips on the market and what’s out there, including wishing us the best of luck every time we went to an auction.
