I met Louise by chance, she was showing a house in my street a few doors up. Viewing time was over but I caught her just as she was heading out the door and I asked if I could pop in for a sticky beak. Despite a long, hot day (Saturday to boot!) and probably looking forward to getting out of her heels and onto the couch, she was bright, cheerful, welcoming and more than happy to let me in for a quick look around.
