I met Maria Cassarino approximately 2 years ago. She was recommended to us by a family friend who had had favourable dealings with her in the past. Initial discussions with Maria pertained to a property that we were uncertain about selling. During these discussions Maria showed us incredible respect and patience, was always available and never once placed any pressure whatsoever on us to put the property on the market. When the time came to sell another property, in what were exceptionally difficult circumstances, Maria displayed her extraordinary skill and character. She was direct yet compassionate, honest yet masterful in her skills. Maria was acutely aware of the appropriate timing for and preparation that was required for the sale and her knowledge of the market was second to none. As is usually the case with seasoned professionals, the process seemed seamless. Maria never exaggerated or mislead us in relation to the price that could and was ultimately successfully achieved. I am aware that Maria has worked in the real estate industry for many years. I can say without equivocation that she is an extraordinarily integrous professional who in our case, acted in our best interests in achieving a brilliant result.

Maria took over the sale of our property from another agent and we couldn't have been happier. Maria knows the area like the back of her hand, not only did she grow up here, she has worked in the area for many years now and has a thorough knowledge of property values and the needs or purchasers and vendors alike. As vendors, we always felt Maria was working in our best interests and worked tirelessly seven days a week to get us the best possible deal for our sale under particularly difficult circumstances. Chris was great to deal with in the purchase of our first home in Freshwater. From viewing the property on Saturday and exchanging on the Wednesday, Chris made the process very easy with his clear communication and transparency.
