Louise Ashdown went above and beyond in helping me with selling my house. She basically became Project Manager, organising tradesmen and quotes to help make my house more presentable, even having some work done while I was on holidays. I did not feel pressured at any time and am very grateful for all her help and advice. Louise is extremely capable and efficient and is a very nice person to boot! The decision to sell our home was not an easy one. From our first meeting with Maria and her team we felt confident that we were in safe hands. Throughout the entire process Maria was available to answer our questions, help us organise different trades to prepare the house and keep us calm as we drew closer to our Auction date. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable on the local market and her ideas for marketing the house. She also continued to support us post sale in the search for our new home. Chris is an excellent communicator and very personable. He was always proactive in providing regular progress updates throughout the engagement. He's knowledge of the market and the local area was one of the key reasons we went with him. We were also very impressed with the Stone team who supported Chris during the engagement. Louise is a fantastic agent. Constantly kept in touch with us to ensure we knew where we were with the property, from the moment we first saw it through to completion. She was very helpful in organising access to the property before we settled so that we could line up workmen, cleaners etc and ensure the house was quickly move in ready.
