STRUD Property was born out of the belief that real estate should be about leaving people better off than how you found them. Motivated by the desire to make a difference in the community, STRUD’s founder Jordan Strudwick dreamt of opening an agency with a steadfast focus on providing a personalised service to clients and creating long-term relationships in the process. The STRUD Property team know better than most that real estate is just as much about people as it is about properties. Fantastic Property Management Service !

I had a really great experience working with Trish and Dean from STRUD Property :). They found a tenant for my investment property in under two weeks, which was fantastic. Trish was friendly, approachable, and very easy to work with. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated at every step, and always responded quickly to my questions. Even though the property is in Brisbane and I’m not there, I felt completely confident that everything was being well looked after. Seamless project management

What a great team to deal with !! Well done to STRUD and the team for managing my property. I was not able to attend the property due to distance. STRUD managed the whole process for me from key handover to finding a suitable tenant. Nothing is a hard task for this team. Eg. Happy to even water the garden patch until the tenant moved in. Kudos to Dean and Trish who communicated everything with me. This is the type of property management we all need. A team we can trust and depend on. So glad I found STRUD.

I Could Not Have Expected Anything Better
