Inspections run by Trish and she was a fantastic communicator also. Really glad I used STRUD, had the property leased really quickly with a great result.

I applied for the rental property on 25th Dec 2025 and my application was approved on the 29th December 2025. Strud is very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to obtain answers from us. Very kind and their communication is very excellent because they were communicating to us on real time basis while maintaining professionalism. I felt I was heard and noticed. On those occasions when communications were via phone calls, Chloe maintained her professionalism whilst also presenting as very personable. Each step of the application process, we were given regulate updates. Once the application was approved, we appreciated the notification via the direct call from Chloe and the enthusiasm with which it was delivered. After which, handbooks and lease agreement were delivered with speed electronically for our perusal and completion.
