We honestly cannot recommend Trish highly enough! From the very beginning, she has been absolutely wonderful to deal with and has gone above and beyond to make what can be such a stressful rental process feel so much easier. Trish was always more than happy to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and she was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire process. She made us feel genuinely valued and respected as prospective tenants, rather than just another application number. She was also incredibly helpful in arranging for us to view properties, and her communication and willingness to help made such a difference to our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and caring in the way they deal with people. Trish is an absolute credit to her team, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for us. Thank you so much, Trish, for making what has been a stressful experience feel a whole lot more positive!

Trish was amazing throughout our campaign and kept us fully informed every step of the way. Ebony provided great advice in terms of applications and tenancies, and we also found great value in Casey’s help setting up everything as first time landlords. All in all, nothing was too hard and the process was seamless. Would recommend to anyone!

I was really impressed with the service from STRUD. Chloe was amazing right from initial engagement, gave me great advice and communicated regularly and clearly throughout. Inspections run by Trish and she was a fantastic communicator also. Really glad I used STRUD, had the property leased really quickly with a great result.

Let me start with I am a senior, so computers etc of today are a little more challenging then my usual form of communication, having said that Amy has been extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when I requested to come in and sign and pay bond and rent etc. Very informative regarding info needing my signature etc and never rushing or making me feel uncomfortable, even when asked questions she took her time to explain or respond and always making sure we understood each others response.

As a first-time tenant, I expected the experience to feel overwhelming. However, Kerry from Raine & Horne made the entire process smooth and far less stressful through her efficient management and clear communication. I’m truly grateful to have had such an approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive property manager guiding me through my first rental experience. I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager.

Our investment property is being managed by Crown Real Estate Ipswich since 2021 and we've never thought of going with other property management company since then. They are very punctual with communicating any tenant issues and inspection reports. I am impressed how they are on top of every inspection schedules, rent statement, contract updates and notices with any new legislation changes and how it would affect landlords and tenants. They action promptly any invoices or bills to make sure that it is paid on time. Any issues reported by tenants is being communicated promptly to us and they liaise with their contractors to get it fixed asap. Emerence has been very helpful and she ensures that they respond to any of our queries within 24 hours. Their professionalism and excellent customer service had earned trust from both landlords and tenants establishing a good working relationship. I believe that this sets them apart from any other property agent. I would totally recommend Crown Real Estate agent for any property management services.

Emerence provided excellent communication and the service was fantastic. Very happy with my experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from Sajid. Living in Melbourne while having properties in Brisbane can be challenging, but Sajid has become my eyes and ears on the ground and gives me complete peace of mind. He is incredibly responsive, professional and proactive, and I know that whenever an issue arises with a tenant or property, Sajid will deal with it promptly and keep me informed every step of the way. He doesn’t just manage the properties — he genuinely takes ownership and treats them as though they were his own. His communication is excellent, he is approachable and always willing to help, and I have complete confidence in his judgement when dealing with tenants, maintenance and any unexpected issues. Having someone I can trust to handle things locally is invaluable, particularly when I’m managing everything from Melbourne. Sajid consistently goes above and beyond, and his dedication and professionalism really stand out. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager they can genuinely trust. He makes owning interstate investment properties so much easier and gives me one less thing to worry about.

Sajid has been great and we appreciate it.
