From the first phone call Jeremy has been very helpful, explaining and guiding us through each step. Living in WA and selling in QLD was made easier because of all Jeremy’s efforts. He kept the lines of communication open with calls, text and emails regularly. The marketing of our property was amazing, not just your run of the mill photos. The video and drone shots really showed our property off and Jeremy’s narrative along with the video described our unit and all notable places around the area perfectly ie schools etc. Our property had previously been on the market through another agency for approximately 6 months, Jeremy had it sold in 2 weeks and at our asking price. The unit needed a couple of repairs and again, Jeremy went above and beyond for us, sourcing tradesmen to do the work. I really can’t fault our experience with Jeremy and would definitely highly recommend him 💯 %
