Big thanks to Liam and the team. Have sold a few properties before and this is the first time I feel I have got good value for money from the agent. Did a great job providing sound advice and marketing the property but the big difference was the help Liam provided in getting the house ready. We were time poor and Liam and the team organised everything for us, cleaners, trades, landscaping etc. Enabled us to get the house on the market a month earlier than planned and achieve a good result.

Jesse, Cohan and the team were incredible from the word go. The whole process was perfectly coordinated and ran smoothly from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful at all hours and were able to take all the pressure off me when it came to selling my home. Jesse had things moving from the first moment he sat down with me, from the initial meeting to the signing of the contract. Everything was taken out of my hands which made the whole process stress-free. Jesse also understood that this was more than just selling my house; there were emotions and memories attached, and I feel he genuinely empathized and understood which made a difference to me. And yes, he sold the house before the bridge was fixed.
