Big thanks to Liam and the team. Have sold a few properties before and this is the first time I feel I have got good value for money from the agent. Did a great job providing sound advice and marketing the property but the big difference was the help Liam provided in getting the house ready. We were time poor and Liam and the team organised everything for us, cleaners, trades, landscaping etc. Enabled us to get the house on the market a month earlier than planned and achieve a good result.

As someone who buys and sells a few times, i’m extremely picky whom i trust and use, especially having been burnt in the past. Peter was fast efficient and responsive which is what makes him a “brilliant agent” and not just someone who is an agent. Using a what’s app group with all the team and getting maintenance and works done before the house was sold was seamless and efficient with quality workmanship.
