5 stars. Ben was always a professional yet friendly presence from the initial call all the way to the settlement day. His knowledge of the Springfield area helped us envision a homely life that had a balance of comfort, convenience and luxury (all within our price range). Ben made sure our many requests were listened to and relayed information between us (my dad & I) and the sellers as soon as he got it. Really thankful to Ben and his team for landing me my first home.

I First met Peter a few years ago now when I was looking to buy my second home.. even though Peter could not help me at the time with my new purchase, he stayed in contact with me calling occasionally just to catchup with no sales pitch just to ask how everything worked out.
