Working with Jesse Patrick from STRUD real estate has made the whole process of selling our family home a surprisingly (but very welcome) stress-free, hassall-free, enjoyable experience. We had heard of past experiences (with other real estates / agents) where it had not been a positive, comfortable or stress-free experience selling their home, so we are delighted to recommend Jesse to anyone that is thinking of selling. Jesse has a friendly, warm & welcoming personality & approach to buyers & sellers alike. He has the interpersonal communication skills & ability to put you at ease & feel confident in his professional hands with his broad market knowledge, his overall experience & genuine hard working nature. But don’t let that soft touch fool you - he is also a go-getter at heart & will persistently & pleasantly keep pushing for the best price possible & won’t stop until you, the client are happy & satisfied that the best outcome possible has been achieved. Could not be happier with our results! Thank you Jesse & your hard working team of professionals!

Nate assisted my mother and me with selling her home. He treated us with amazing professionalism but was also kind and mindful of our situation. The level of information and attention to detail made us feel so incredibly comfortable working with him. Nate would often speak to us after hours and always put us at ease. I would 1000% recommend working with Nate with our next sale or purchase! Thanks Nate

Right from the very first meeting my wife and I felt we were in good hands with Jesse and the team. A young and energetic team who take the time to get to know their clients. Cohan really looked after us day to day, easing our minds and keeping us up to date. Their communication, presentation and professionalism through every stage of the, let's face it stressful, process met and exceeded expectations. We never once felt we had made the wrong decision which was rewarded with an outstanding sale result. Jesse, Cohan and the rest of the Strud team were amazing to work with and I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
