We really hit the jackpot with Ben as our real estate agent!! Ben is brilliant at what he does. From start to finish the process has been seamless. Very greatful for the outcome of the sale as we received an amount beyond our expectations. If you want a down to earth agent that actually cares, I would definitely pick Ben! If we ever sell again we know who to call!

From the moment I met Josh, he made me feel like family with his genuine care and supportive nature. He took the time to truly listen and understand my situation, which made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, he kept me well-informed, patiently explained every step, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in every decision. His professionalism, empathy, and commitment are second to none. I can’t recommend Josh and the team at Strud enough—they go above and beyond, and it shows in everything they do.

Leah was my agent selling my house in Goodna. She worked tirelessly for me, was always available to answer my questions, promptly communicated with me every step of the way and is genuinely a caring person. As an agent she has an incredible level of professionalism and attention to detail. Leah also arranged trades to help prepare my property for sale, which is usually the job of a property manager. That kind of commitment and initiative shows how dedicated she is. Thanks, Leah!
