Shanja was very professional and very supportive from the very beginning to the end. Shanja and Jayden were very consistent and very open with their communication. After just losing my husband, I struggled to find the courage to keep going at times, but Shanja would check in on me to make sure I was ok and were always very calm which helped me tremendously with making it to the end of the whole process.
