I wanted to express my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Aaron and his team who sold our house in Dunlop. We had a very short turnaround with time, and getting those last things done to the house before putting it on the market before a Christmas shutdown. Aaron provided recommendations on home improvements and indicated that it would be tight, but he was confident in his ability to project manage and coordinate tradesmen, painters, carpet laying, marketing, and staging in time to go live with enough time to sell before Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble for Aaron - he kept us informed, provided advice when needed and was contactable day and night. Aaron was generous with his time, and always kind and respectful in his dealings. We could not have got the home to market in the turnkey presentation we had without his organisation, expertise and industry contacts. The staging and the marketing were fantastic. We were particularly impressed with the communication and digital tracking tool ‘Home pass’ which provided an instant mechanism for communication with the team and live updates and details relating to interested buyers. As this was my first ever house sale, I wasn't sure what to expect or how difficult it was going to be. But Aaron and his team made it incredibly easy right from the start. They advised me on what repairs and upgrades to do and even project-managed the tradies to get them all done. They recommended the house be styled for the sale and I was blown away by what a difference it made and how great it looked - definitely worth the money. When it came to the campaign, I was kept fully informed - via an app where I could see all the communication - so that I always knew how things were going, how many prospective buyers were coming through etc. The campaign was extremely successful and it sold prior to auction at a price way above my expectations, thanks to Aaron's advice and negotiation. Finally, as my house was tenanted when I decided to sell it I wanted an agent that would treat my tenants respectfully and be prepared to sell it tenanted if necessary. Aaron was exactly that - he talked to the tenants about the process and their options and offered them assistance in finding another rental if they decided to move out. I really appreciated his attitude and the way he handled that. I can thoroughly recommend Aaron and his team and won't hesitate to go back to them if I ever sell another property.
