We couldn’t have asked for a better result on the sale and the whole experience was an eye-opener. Mark has great knowledge of the local market and took a lot of trouble to work out a sales strategy with us. He made sure to pitch the property conservatively to generate interest and then well and truly exceeded our expectations on the sale. His attention to detail is remarkable. He made sure every aspect of the property was in the best condition for a sale. The photography and sales spiel were spot on in highlighting the best aspects of the property. Mark's video walk-through was even better, really effectively highlighting the internal spaces and the property’s external aspect. Suburbia’s process for displays worked really well for us too, with live updates about prospective buyers, followed up with calls from Mark to summarise how he thought the sale was going. We had very little to do other than be informed and be reassured as things proceeded. All up - a great experience and result…6 stars out of 5.

Mark was a dynamo with getting the property ready for market. Was unafraid to tell me some home truths about barriers to getting the best price, and was the most effective things to improve would be before going to market. From the moment I first spoke to Aaron, I felt very supported as the seller, and it was evident to me that Aaron and his team were concentrated on ensuring that my needs and wants were met, even when I didn't know those needs and wants myself. As a first time seller, Aaron took the time to ensure that I understood the steps required to sell my property, and how to put us in the best position to obtain the highest possible price. He clearly has a very good awareness of market dynamics, and how to tailor the experience of buyers to particular properties. It followed naturally that my sale was completed far quicker than I anticipated, and at a price that I was happy with. Also noteworthy was the strength of communication throughout the whole process - it was a common occurrence to receive answers to my questions within a number of minutes.
