The result was a sale price well above my expectation, and significantly above what properties in my market segment had been getting. Can’t rate this team highly enough. Everything made easy. They responded to my enquiry so quickly and with all the information. Then they arranged inspections, quotes for repairs and upgrades, discussed the value add these would potentially make and then arranged everything we agreed on no fuss. It was all seamless. And they kept me in the loop every step. Then the open houses were as often as possible buyers wanted. And with the website updates I knew what was happening with buyers and who they were focused on. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
