I met Mark and Will at a property inspection around Oct 2024. I'd mentioned as part of buying a property I'd need to sell my apartment. I didn't wind up buying the property we met at, but we did organise for them to sell the apartment when the time came. Mark very graciously offered to check properties my partner and I were looking into, to make sure the prices were within reason, and even helped us in negotiation. What convinced me to sign on was I liked the cut of his jib and, I'm aware this sounds insane, he and his offsider William were the only estate agents we spoke to our cat didn't hiss at. When the time came to sell the apartment, Mark called upon his array of contacts to help get our apartment in ship-shape for sale. It saved my partner and I having to vet contractors, and the ones we met could not speak highly enough of Suburbia. Mark, and his wonderful team, kept my partner and I up to date with the comings and goings of the apartment, and got us to the figure we hoped for. I want to make a special shout out to Jas and Meg.

Our property was first went on the market in December but unfortunately after 4 months of being in the market, our previous agent still wasn’t able to sell the property. We met Monti in one of their open homes and we were impressed on how they present their properties and how persistent he is with interested clients. He reached out and offered their services. Mark and Monti have pitched their strategy on how to best manage our property and gave recommendations on how to present the property during open homes. Their transparent system when liasing with buyers is something that we have very much appreciated. We were able to see real time updates and felt involved every step of the way. Mark, Meg and the rest of the Suburbia team were superb...honest, focussed, super efficient, always available, and relentlessly positive. We couldn’t have asked for a better result on the sale and the whole experience was an eye-opener. Mark has great knowledge of the local market and took a lot of trouble to work out a sales strategy with us. He made sure to pitch the property conservatively to generate interest and then well and truly exceeded our expectations on the sale. His attention to detail is remarkable. He made sure every aspect of the property was in the best condition for a sale. The photography and sales spiel were spot on in highlighting the best aspects of the property. Mark's video walk-through was even better, really effectively highlighting the internal spaces and the property’s external aspect. Suburbia’s process for displays worked really well for us too, with live updates about prospective buyers, followed up with calls from Mark to summarise how he thought the sale was going. We had very little to do other than be informed and be reassured as things proceeded. All up - a great experience and result…6 stars out of 5.

Was unafraid to tell me some home truths about barriers to getting the best price, and was the most effective things to improve would be before going to market.
