Aaron and his team at Suburbia have clearly perfected the provision of sales agent services. From the moment I first spoke to Aaron, I felt very supported as the seller, and it was evident to me that Aaron and his team were concentrated on ensuring that my needs and wants were met, even when I didn't know those needs and wants myself. As a first time seller, Aaron took the time to ensure that I understood the steps required to sell my property, and how to put us in the best position to obtain the highest possible price. He clearly has a very good awareness of market dynamics, and how to tailor the experience of buyers to particular properties. It followed naturally that my sale was completed far quicker than I anticipated, and at a price that I was happy with. Also noteworthy was the strength of communication throughout the whole process - it was a common occurrence to receive answers to my questions within a number of minutes. This also demonstrates how well Suburbia works as a team. I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron and Suburbia, and if I ever need his services again, I will happily put my trust in them again.

We had the best experience with Aaron at Suburbia. His knowledge of how to showcase our apartment in Braddon was next level.
