I am not happy with the multiple staff changes we have had. The ordinal agent, Karen Mckenzie, as a result of he not going outside to check the property, we have had major water damage for a number of years to the outside wall, along with one of the metal down posts to the patio rotting through. The next agent Elly, we feel she supported the tenants when they were breaking a 12 month leash, with 6 months to go. The next one who's name I don't recall, has not responded back to my husband who wanted to see if he could attent thr property this weekend with regard to the reticulation.
